About The Job
We are looking for a growth leader. You will oversee the entire customer
relationship management process, from campaigns to data analysis. You are
given complete autonomy in your work and you will be responsible for
providing strategic recommendations for improving enrollment &
retention rates.
Manages CRM initiatives that include executing campaign plans as well as
overseeing daily operations from lead conversion tracking to customer
success nurturing activities.
Responsibilities

Creating and perfecting sales campaigns and scripts

Managing customer data in CRM and sales automation software.

Prospecting and generating leads

Creating lead generation processes and automation

Assigning leads to sales team members
-
Working closely with Sale team in order to understand the customer
journey. -
Working closely with the Marketing team in order to create
materials and campaigns consistent with brand identity and mission.

Compensation
1200 – 1400 Euro (brutto) per month + 15% of salary bonus based on targets
achieved
